🧵 This comfy t-shirt feels soft and lightweight, with the right amount of stretch. It is made of 100% combed and ring-spun cotton (heather color variation contains polyester).
Consider that due to the nature of the direct-to-garment printing technique some images might look less saturated on darker backgrounds.

This design is inspired by the rare allegory by Rosalba Carriera (1673 - 1757) is full of beauty and living energy.

Rosalba was the most successful female painter and a trendsetter in art of her era. She was an unrivalled master of portrait miniature painting on ivory and made pastel chalks the most desired medium for a regular portrait of the Rococo period.

Originally from Italy (Venice), she made a brilliant carrier in Europe.

Carriera became a household name for pastel portraits in the French court, a member of Italian and French Academies by acclamation and was highly praised by Holy Roman Emperor Charles VI who amassed a large collection of more than 150 of her pastels.

☝️ Many works from that Imperial collection later formed part of the famous Gemäldegalerie Alte Meister [Old Master Gallery] in Berlin.
👉 This is also where this very Africa allegory (circa 1712) from The Four Continents series is kept now.
